1. Although the staff was generally friendly, I experienced some lackluster service: no maid service one day, slow check in, a concierge without information about convention transportation (the Hilton was one of the host hotels).

4. At capacity the elevators can be tediously slow especially during breakfast and morning rush, but the staff compensates for this with an elevator attendant calling an elevator when he sees you walking past the front desk.
