5. When we came back to the hotel later that night, the room was still dirty, music was put on real loud, THEY WENT THROUGH OUR STUFF AND TOOK A BAG OUT OF MY SUITCASE, and left a dirty robe on one of the beds.

6. We had a couple of bad experiences with room service (coming in at 6am without knocking) and people being loud in the middle of the night (the room had a connecting door therefore not very well sound protected from the next room.
