2. 3rd time that we stay here and all 3 times had horrible customer service 'Richard' at the front was helping a couple before us and the couple left very frustated, upon my turn he stated that this Hotel was not for 'those type of peole' when I asked him what he meant by that he said 'you know, dark color people don't tips us very well' I ask him (Richard) to apologize to this couple instanly.
