2. There is no complimentary internet (though as part of a conference package I still received internet at a special rate) and worst of all, the hotel business center charges $1 per page for printing.

3. Cons: The room was freezing cold, the noise from the music on the street was loud even from the 9th floor, there was 1 cup in the room for coffee, the service in this hotel was the worst I have ever had and the placed was dirty on New Year's Day-empty bottles and garbage all over.

5. The worst part of the room was the air conditioner which was definitely not working correctly in spite of calls for service (first call seemed to fix it, but then it broke again) Good thing the evenings were cool in Denver and I didn't have to try to sleep through the din of a very noisy AC.
