In addition, the audio on the television was awful and muffled, the picture kept blacking out, Internet was more than $10/day and limited data usage and was a poor signal on both my laptop and ipod, and the key swipe in the elevator while necessary for downtown Denver was very tempramentalb and an ongoing joke by everyone who had used it more than once.

10. After two recent stays, one at a Westin in Vancouver and at this Sheraton, I am really shocked at the poor service attitude of the people 'on the ground' in the Starwood properties.
