1. Desk personnel were rude and after telling my they had my Starwood information onfile, asked if I had stayed at the hotel before.

3. The lady begrudgingly agreed to hold my room reservation, but rudely asked, 'Well, what time are you planning to check in?' I explained I would check in after I ate dinner, and she then snapped, 'When will that be?' I explained it would be in about 2 hours.
