6. To get to the lobby from the Tower rooms takes a lot of time and a couple of elevator rides, and is just inconvenient, expecially if you are wih someone who has trouble getting around.

7. It is a very attractive hotel with very nice rooms and has a great location right on the 16th St Mall (across from Starbucks too) but the hotel has a lot of issues that we had to deal with during our stay that made for an inconvenient stay.
