1. This is a good reflection of the quality of service, but you have to wonder about the person (likely an employee) who felt inclined to turn on loud ambient music outside guest bedrooms at 5:30am.

7. Cons: The room was freezing cold, the noise from the music on the street was loud even from the 9th floor, there was 1 cup in the room for coffee, the service in this hotel was the worst I have ever had and the placed was dirty on New Year's Day-empty bottles and garbage all over.
