1. My only complaints on the rooms for a four star property is that 1- they do not have robes in the rooms and 2 - they lack high quality toiletries.

4. My only complaint is that this hotel, like many hotels, continues to charge extortionate phone rates for use of the phones: They more than double the 'ATT operator assisted day rates', which translates to $20 for a one minute long-distance call, along with absurd rates for local calls.

5. My one big complaint is that the restaurant service is consistently poky and inattentive--a big negative for someone on a tight schedule.

7. My biggest complaint: when I checked into my room, I kicked off my shoes and the carpet was sopping wet along the window.

8. My big complaint is the lack of a free refrigerator, especially as it is not convenient to lug a cooler to your room and with all the wonderful eateries in the area it would have been nice to bring leftovers back to the room without paying $10/day.
