Huh? What kind of customer service is this? For a cost of over 200 dollars per nite (more than Hyatt's room rates) I have never had this problem with the Hilton or Hyatt? And once I stayed at the Hilton and the room was
noisy
and they switched me to an upgraded room.

I thought it would be a
noisy
room since it was the first one off the elevator, but surprisingly, it wasn't an issue, and some of the rooms were such a trek from the elevators, I ended up glad I was that close to them.
