I could write a novel on the series of failures, but suffice it to say that Equipment that is clearly marked for a room location not being delivered and told had not arrived, being on the property for over SIX hours and not hearing even once from the Banquet, Catering or Management personnel, a minor AV request taking over an hour to be fulfilled, and being left on hold repeatedly by the switchboard for upwards of 10 minutes is completely unacceptable.
