1. It says on their website free breakfast and parking (apparently not with Aeromiles, and this is not stated on their web-site, so imagine my frustration that I had assumed that it would be free, I would have chosen a different hotel that offers Free Breakfast and Parking.

2. We have stayed here five or six times before and it was always a good experience but this time we were very frustrated that the hotel charges wifi of $10-$17 a night and parking is $29 for valet.

Yet the room had no full-length mirror, and the typical dim hotel lighting was especially frustrating since there was little natural light due to the other tower of the hotel across the street occupying the view (I could have sworn the website said all the rooms had city or mountain views--not true).
