1. One negative is the lack of multiple power outlets for charging all our devices, so you have to time share them.

2. The positives far outweigh the negatives though, and there are plenty:-Because I always work out when I travel, congrats on one of the nicest, largest, well equiped workout rooms at any SPG property I have stayed.

3. First the negatives:-If you are an SPG Platinum, be ready to be ignored on the front desk, there clearly is no preferred treatment for loyal SPG customer, and the front desk staff was not particularly helpful.

9. Bigger negative: our guest room never cooled down enough for restful sleep, despite having the thermostat set at 65 degrees and the fan running continuously.
