3. The satellite television had issues with reception (would cut out and switch to 'searching for satellites') and I had unpleasantly slow service with room service as well.

6. The location is pretty great, the room was sized and furnished fine, and the staff helpful, but the hotel suffered from issues with attention to detail that made it a less than optimal experience.
