3. I see other reviews of people complaining of hassle of getting back and forth to the main lobby but I don't think it's bad, the elevators may be small but they are very quick.

6. They withhold more than $300 on my visa card for guaranteeing that I will pay for my stay, after they have taken the $460 off my credit card, they are still not releasing this $300 which caused much hassle for my stay in the States.
