8. The new room was disgustingly dirty, carpet stains, desk finish was extremely worn, dust on top of thermostat and light switches, stains on the off-white comforter and bed skirts, tub was old and they had put a non-slip pad in the bottom to cover up the filth.

10. The only issue I would say was disappointing was the fact there were stains on the carpet leading to the room as well as in the room.
