1. 3) We were on floor #14 and had to insert the room card into the elevator slot whenever we wanted to go to our floor, which is hard to do when you're carrying 2 cups of coffee and a bag of bagels; not a big inconvenience - just letting you know not to put your card away or have it in your hand if you have to use it to get to your floor.

4. Granted, the Loyalty ambassador did call me to apologize, but on the restaurant part, she said that they have had a lot of issues with them, and they kept firing the management but improvement was hard to come by.
