We'd stayed at the Omni in San Diego and found this property noticeably older, with somewhat smaller rooms and even a small dent in one wall (and a notable
lack
of outlets for plugging in your laptop computer, etc.

The furnishings and overall comfort is nice and not
lack
ing, but not exceptional or outstanding compared to other nice hotels in Uptown.

Upon arriving at the main lobby one instantly notices the attention to detail is
lack
ing as some of the votive candles are not lit right across from the desk staff who are engaged in their own conversation with seemingly little to do.
