1. The only issue we had was the iron that was provided with the room was not working, but again was replaced with just a phone call.

4. My only issue was that I arrived very late at night and the bellhop stayed talking to me in my room about the city for about 10 minutes too long (anticipating a tip - which he would have received if he had left swiftly) I would defiantly stay here again for business and pleasure.

5. You can do this after you arrive, but I like to think ahead and avoid potential issues.

6. At this hotel, you have two options: you can use the hotel's gym at no charge or you can go to the Charlotte Athletic Club, located in the same building, via a guest pass issued by the front desk.

7. Granted, the Loyalty ambassador did call me to apologize, but on the restaurant part, she said that they have had a lot of issues with them, and they kept firing the management but improvement was hard to come by.
