1. The front desk/guest services associates were all very friendly and accomodating (except for the room change - still not sure why this was such a difficult request).

3. The TVs were in a big bureau thing, so it doesn't really matter that they weren't flat screen (though the outdated remotes were a little difficult to use--maybe weak batteries?).

7. For instance, sliding doors on the closet were falling off and difficult to move, linens were not what I would expect from a "luxury" hotel.

9. This hotel was nice, but it was difficult to access the lobby, especially during late night when the other (more convenient) entrance was closed.
