4. The person at the desk (Courtney Creswell), was aware of the bad review on Trip Advisor and when I told her why we didn't book with them, she honored the original room rate that I was quoted.

5. Now, the bad: the hotel had been booked for the weekend by a college fraternity for their 'formal'--in addition to drunk college kids in the lobby and elevators, they came up to their rooms (so glad to be by the elevator.
