1. thats a pretty big error when other people could be booking those and arriving thinking they are getting a large suite and get stuck with a double bed.

2. the manager tried to say the room type wasnt available and when i pulled up the hotel website on my laptop it said the king room and a suite were available and they said the website had an error.

Where I find dire improvements need to be made to up the scale of the hotel or in keeping with the brand is as follows:Gym is so small that it might just contract with the commercial gym on the lobby level to better service guestsBusiness center's printers (2 of them) had error messages on themNon-smoking room smelled like being smoked and housekeeping came in to spray, resulting in an odd mix of smoke and chemical smellFront desk service is laxThe evening local delicacy is tray of salted peanuts, from the bar downstairs probably.
