1. This is my third stay in this hotel and I have complained in the past about the lax service staff, but nothing prepared me for this two-day experience.

5. Why would a 4 star hotel have such crappy service?? I complained to the front desk and all they did was take my credit card info and said they would reimburse later?? I asked if it could be taken off my room bill and they said no.
