1. Noise is the only negative and I suppose Omni can't do a lot about Charlotte's construction.

2. The only other negative I felt was that the bed was not as comfortable as say the Heavenly Bed at the Westin or the Sweet Dreams bed at the Doubletree, but not horrible by any means.

6. negatives: took 3 calls before we could get someone to answer the phone at midnight to schedule a wakeup call, and most disturbing when leaving we were approached for money by a panhandler in the lobby on a Sat morning.
