1. I had to wipe the brown stains from the toilet seat, the room made me want to clean it.

3. The only complaints that I have as one other reviewer pointed out the hallways are dim and the carpet outside the lifts in the lobby were very stained which I found quite off putting in a 4 star hotel.

4. The bed pillows had stains, the sheets had hair on them, the curtain on the window was torned and dirty, the shower curtain was stained, the toilet seat moved when you sat on it, there was no refrigerator in the room, no ice bucket for us to keep our water cold but yet there was an ice machine on the wall outside our room that guests used all night long noise was awful.

5. Elevator from parking garage dropped us of on such a stained carpet we almost turned arround.

6. They really need to do an overhaul on the lobby area and in particular the badly stained carpet at the entrance to the elevators.
