1. The staff is friendly and professional and works hard to please.

2. The only two negatives about the hotel was that the shower pressure was very strong (I guess a plus for some) and the mattress seemed really hard (a plus for others).

5. I want to give a big shout out to Eric in the Concierge, he worked hard and got me some outstanding tickets to a Red Sox game.

7. The BEST part of the hotel experience is however the roof-top pool area, with a hard-working staff which make sure that you are never thirsty or hungry.

8. Admittedly we did have a rollaway as well, as we have teenagers who don't like to share, but with that there was hardly any room to move around.

10. Just opposite the Prudential shopping centre with the entrance to the prudential subway station located a few feet from the main entrance the location is hard to fault.
