1. Normally I would write a really good review of this hotel (stayed here twice in the last month) but I got a rude awakening when I received a bill for a night we stayed despite no lights, no electricity, no hot water, people smoking pot on our corridor (which we could smell in our room), lifting our bags 7 flights, no food, no coffee etc etc.
