6. My only problem was that the equipment in the workout room ('more than 10 machines') was dated by at least a decade and the workout room itself was excessively hot on the sunny morning that I used it because there were no window shades to keep out the morning sun.

9. The staff is very friendly and courteous, some of the best in the world in my experience actually; the location is excellent, super clean, convenient parking, tons of shopping and restaurants all over; but the room walls are thin as paper so you can hear every conversation going on next door, and a common problem in many hotels is that the main hallway doors of all the rooms SLAM shut with a massive boom; never understood how any hotel manager thinks this is acceptable.
"In the heart of Boston .. great staff and location " Read full review on TripAdvisor   11/2/2011 Vote
10. The room did have a bit of a musty smell to it, but opening the window to let in some fresh air solved this problem.
