1. What I was not impressed with was the room cleanliness or size, the room was very dusty and the bathroom was in a word dirty.

4. The bed pillows had stains, the sheets had hair on them, the curtain on the window was torned and dirty, the shower curtain was stained, the toilet seat moved when you sat on it, there was no refrigerator in the room, no ice bucket for us to keep our water cold but yet there was an ice machine on the wall outside our room that guests used all night long noise was awful.

5. It being a hotel that seems to have been there for a while, and having to deal with winter weather, the hallways and carpets were slightly dirty by my standards.

9. I felt the woman who cleaned the room had done this to cover something up, and to my amazement, I undid the beds to look and found he had put the dirty blanket which had been on the floor with the ants back onto my sons bed, I was horrified and complained to reception, not much joy,no Manager to speak to and when I asked for the General Manager it looks like everyone at the desk was hit by lightinig as if he was the king of england and not to be called upon.
"never again " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/16/2006 Vote
10. My son was so bitten and wondering what it was I looked at his blanket it was dirty and marked, so I left it on the floor by the door and asked for it to be changed, it took two days of being on the floor and after having the very long day in Boston, we came back to the room, and found the beds looking very pretty and the blankets were between the sheets.
