1. My only complaint was that lighting was so low it made it difficult to navigate hallways and elevator.

3. I repeatedly saw fellow guests doing what I had to do, bending down and peering at the elevator buttons to try to read them in the faint lighting, and the hallways are so dark that it can be difficult to find the slots on the doors for the room key.

5. On the downside, the TV-Internet connection was very difficult to use; the lighting in the room and hallways was extremely dim (almost dangerous) and our bathtub seemed to collect water underfoot, resulting in a decidedly squishy feel when taking a shower.

6. The restaurant off the lobby is a french bistro that's quite handsome aethestically but the service is so rushed it's difficult to enjoy the food (which is mediocre).

9. It's becoming really difficult to find 4-star hotels in Boston under $250 per night.

10. Room was very comfortable (526) - negatives were that it only had one mirror in the bathroom (difficult for two grown adults to get ready at the same time) but looking at their website, this may be due to it being a handicap room- larger bath area for wheelchair access.
