1. I have found in recent travel years that knowledge of the condition of a room needing attention (major/construction or mechanical, significant/mold or minor/burned-out bulbs, unplugged clocks) is not adequately shared among cleaning crew and management.

3. The room we got (in the old-carpet, old-door section of the hallway) was your basic upscale late-80`s hotel room, with substantial dust noticeable on the carpet/molding at the edges of the furniture, burned out light bulbs in bathroom, older TV, etc.

5. TINY bathroom with black & green mold stained grout, 1/2 roll of TP, dated furnishings, carpet that verges on being indoor/outdoor and an odor that fluctuates between wet basement and care facility.
