1. Personally am shocked by any hotel, let alone of this size and prominence, charging for wi-fi, when I could walk across the street and sit in the local book store and have free wi-fi.

3. We dined in Brasserie Jo and it was a perfect end to our two week trip in the US - the brasserie is stylish, busy and bustling with a city dining atmosphere (also serves food until 11 - we were shocked in Maine where dinner is usually only served until 9) We had a great steak Bearnaise with a fantastic bottle of Bordeaux recommended by their sommelier.

5. I used the business center as I needed to print some last minute documents, and was shocked to find there is a per minute/per page charge for using the business center.

Our in-room safe never worked even though maintenance came up to fix it; they put a $500 charge through on a credit card ($100 per night) to cover incidentals) even though we never used them; random staff member came into the room one afternoon to deliver a Gatorade to the mini-bar and seemed to be shocked when he found us sitting in the room; we were charged twice for the wireless card even though we were I-Prefer members and should have gotten it for free.
