Upon arrival waited 15 minutes until reception desk staff was free to check-in (v
poor
impression made worse as when being checked-in the receptionist answered the phone and dealt with the incoming query).

The last two visits were both marred by
poor
service and one really noisy radiator (rm 1016).

Destroys what else would be a good experience,
poor
planning so score is down rated, justifiably I think.

In my eyes, this is
poor
service and just for that reason, I would never go back there again.

But followthrough is generally
poor
: days to get a repair with no updates, little attention to the problem, etc.

The biggest negative for me was the lack of free Wi-Fi in the rooms, there is free wi fi in the lobby but you have to pay for internet access in the rooms, pretty
poor
considering most hotels offer this as standard now.

I've stayed at most of the hotels in Boston's back bay for business: the Westin (a total dump), the Marriott (
poor
quality), Copley Square Hotel (OK), Fairmont Copley Plaza (faded glory) and the CharlesMark (nice but very small rooms).
