1. The most recent stay was last September, for our mini-moon--my husband was in an unfortunate accident and unable to fly until six months into recovery, so we switched to a mini moon week in Boston.

3. unfortunately my spouse and I left one of our belongings in the room (which we realized very shortly after checking out and immediately called about), and regrettably the staff was not especially helpful or empathetic.
