7. Finding a plot of grass for the puppy, however, was a challenge (the nearest is a few blocks away) but it is a city so I can't complain about that.

8. I am really disgusted at the way it was handled - I feel that they should have searched the bins thoroughly and had the police come to question the porter (who was quick to ask me if I`d reported the credit card stolen the first time I went to the desk to complain).
