1. The only issue we ran into was when we returned from The Four's after celebrating the Rangers' OT win, our room keys did not work.

6. It was a little odd that the bathroom was so small that the towel rack was inside the shower area of the tub (on back wall) but the room size was certainly adequate for my short visit; longer visits may make the room size an issue since there is not much of a lobby either.
