1. There is a charge for internet access in your room, and my only real complaint is that they actually charge you to access the internet at their one business center computer terminal (which is very awkwardly located on the basement level, right in front of the elevator doors).

2. The only complaint I'd have is that it can be a little noisy- on a Saturday night around 2am we could hear a few people yelling in the street outside the bars, and you can hear vehicles going by sometimes.

6. She wakes up even if she hears the cat walking on the carpet at home and thought it kind of odd the A/C didn't bother her either but no complaints.

7. I stayed for two nights and it seemed everytime I was in the lobby or at the (small) front desk one of the three people crammed behind the desk was solving a billing complaint--making me worry and also causing long delays at the desk.

8. My only complaint is that this hotel was away from the action-about a 20 minute walk to Boston Common and the usual touristy things, but the price and the room made it a good deal.

10. Our only 'complaints' (for lack of a better word) are the size of the rooms (small indeed), lack of a pool or recreational facilities and none of the rooms offered views of the city/harbor.
