4. -As SPG Gold members, we were upgraded to a junior oceanfront suite with a balcony-There were not a lot of bars/clubs around to generate noise or shady characters-The room was clean and the housekeepers did an amazing job cleaning up after my 3 young kidsWhy others might not like it:-The rooms are rough around the edges-the carpet is worn, some of the metal is starting to rust, and there was a slight musty smell(we spent all of our time by the pool and beach so this didn't matter to us)-There was no alarm clock(we were on vacation so there was no need to watch the clock)-There was no pool towel service at night even though the pool was open-There isn't much within a short walk in terms of clubs/bars/restaurants.
