1. I don't usually complain but I don't want anyone else to ruin an entire day of their vacation because of this hotel.

He often grew loud in Spanish with his frustration/complaints, which were not directed at the guests, but more away from them as he complained to his colleagues, but, as a Spanish speaker myself, I could understand the complaints and it would make me quite uncomfortable if I were the target of the complaints.
