3. Reasons: the hotel was dirty, the elevators were disgusting, the room smelled like mold, the window caulking was covered in mold, the view was a brick wall and the windows didn't open.

When myself and my boyfriend got to the hotel after a really long and uncomfortable flight, we werent greeted by a friendly receptionist, instead we got a grumpy guy in his twentys who barely spoke to us and threw our room card at us, then when we got to the room we were disgusted to see that we were looking out onto a huge vent from the kitchen and there were cigarette butts all over the ground.

6. So, we were so disgusted and felt so uncomfortable staying there that we found Four Points and it was a COMPLETE upgrade and definitley exceeded our expectations.

7. Now why on earth would we want to spend the money to fly down to Miami from New York just to spend two nights at a place that we had been so disgusted by? And why did it take so long/so much effort to get some kind of a response from management? After this terrible experience, we will definitely never consider staying at a Sheraton Four Points again and will have to think very carefully about Sheraton properties in general.

8. After all, who in their right mind would want to end their honeymoon at such a disgusting place?Long story short, we had prepaid the hotel and have not been offered a refund by them.

9. The paint was peeling off the walls and the ceiling had that disgusting popcorn stucco from the 70s.
