4. I will say, however, that we did have a pleasant breakfast in the hotel's dining room but that did not negate the airconditioning problem, the terrible maid service and the general condition of the rooms.

10. terrible experience in all aspects, starting with check-in where I was given a horrible room, right across from the vending machines making a lot of noise, and ground level room facing a terrace with a scaffold, dirty paint cans & towels.
