1. We had an air condition issue on day 2 and were immediatley offered an apology and upgrade but took a room nearby with balcony.

6. Any issue large or small for our group was handled expeditiously and we were very satisfied with the staff from the front desk to the cleaners, and even the restaurant staff.

7. The customer service issue with the cook was not an isolated incident because I was standing in line waiting for my turn to order an omelette on two seperate, non-consecutive dates, and the same exact scenario took place.

8. However, one issue that I had the personal opportunity to witness involved the eggs and omelette cook located in the rear of the cafe and his communication/customer service towards guests.

9. The only issue for me was that the hotel was a good distance from South Beach/Lincoln Mall.

10. The bed's were comfortable - no issue sleeping although did get minor noise from next door - weekends in Miami beach tend to be a bit boisterous with late night arrivals.
