2. The only complaint is that every day I had to call for wash cloths, they never had more than 1 or 2 in the room and they knew there was 4 of us.

4. The only real complaint we had was the outrageous parking fees but it is Miami Beach.

He often grew loud in Spanish with his frustration/complaints, which were not directed at the guests, but more away from them as he complained to his colleagues, but, as a Spanish speaker myself, I could understand the complaints and it would make me quite uncomfortable if I were the target of the complaints.
