1. Not only was the problem addressed right away we were given 2 bottles of champagne and a cheese & fruit platter for our inconvience.

3. That being said, things do go wrong on occasion, but what makes a hotel's service really great, is HOW they deal with those problems.

4. I will say, however, that we did have a pleasant breakfast in the hotel's dining room but that did not negate the airconditioning problem, the terrible maid service and the general condition of the rooms.
