1. Due to some arguing with the front desk over my status not being recognized, out of frustration, I ended up getting in contact with the manager.

He often grew loud in Spanish with his frustration/complaints, which were not directed at the guests, but more away from them as he complained to his colleagues, but, as a Spanish speaker myself, I could understand the complaints and it would make me quite uncomfortable if I were the target of the complaints.

3. Due to the language barrier of some international guests, the cook (English & Spanish speaker) often grew frustrated at guests if they could not communicate effectively their request to the cook in English or if once an order was completed, it was not completed to their initial request.
