5. I checked out a day earlier than planned and not only did the hotel lack the courtesy to not charge for the day I didn't stay, given the horrible condition of the hotel, but they wanted to charge an additional $100.

9. Terrible experience in all aspects, starting with check-in where I was given a horrible room, right across from the vending machines making a lot of noise, and ground level room facing a terrace with a scaffold, dirty paint cans & towels.
