9. As for me, I found the management puzzling, the hallways dark, dirty, smelly, and depressing, and the vibe (cruise ships and housewives) not exactly what I'd expect from Starwood, a brand marketed as a glamour brand in a city that tries so hard to be glamourous.

10. The room had a stench that kept me up all night; the area had me afraid to try and sleep at all even after they had cleaned the room; the elevators were a death trap; and they are so far from resturants and shopping that it was impossible to relax after a hard day of business and conferencing.
