6. I was shocked to see that there was a construction guy out in my balcony (small/individual balcony on 8th floor, so he must have stepped inside from a scaffold outside) who was painting exterior walls/ceiling.

7. the elevators are shocking - they look like service elevators and here's the funny thing - we did actually take the service elevator one day by mistake and it was cleaner and nicer looking that the guest elevators.
