1. Rooms we not quite up to date but it did not matter because we spent 90% of our time out of the room.

3. The room was ok but dated the bed linen and the pillows were no where near the high standard of Sheraton nor were the usual bath room freebies.

4. The customer service issue with the cook was not an isolated incident because I was standing in line waiting for my turn to order an omelette on two seperate, non-consecutive dates, and the same exact scenario took place.

10. *beach is very nice and accessible*close to cruise port and airport*great location if you want to experience Miami*Room was clean and bathroom was somewhat updated (using this term loosely)Cons:*Room smelled terribly upon arrival*Room was extremely dated *Check in was pretty slow and person seemed uninterested and unknowledgeable*20 bucks to valet seemed a little ridiculousOverall, i would stay here pre or post cruise only if I was able to use my Sheraton points, otherwise, there are currently 107 hotels in this area that are potentially better.
