1. With them being proud of a food court and all I would have thought food wouldn't be an issue and I was wrong.

2. The manager Rachel was rude and very unhelpful, being told you will get an upgrade and then being put into a smaller room was just wrong and then having to fight for the same room we started with is a joke.

3. had gotten me so worked up and worried that i was sure this was going to be an aweful experience and i had just wasted my money on a hotel that would not appreciate me or our business, but i couldn't have been more wrong.

6. We ended up taking the advice of a business in Lake Mead, which was wise, since the concierge was flat wrong, we would have been stuck in traffic for hours.

7. When checking in, the lady at the front desk gave me the wrong room (I booked the king size room in the tower with the bath tub but she gave me the smallest room in the west wing with a shower booth only).
